At Casa Adelias S.L. (“Casa Adelias”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), we aim to provide meaningful, high-quality wellness experiences in a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment.

As our services involve scheduled activities, workshops, events, meals, wellness sessions, and glamping stays, specific conditions apply regarding bookings, cancellations, refunds, conduct, safety, and use of the property.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law and are intended to comply with applicable European Union consumer protection rules, including Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights, Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, approving the consolidated text of the General Law for the Defence of Consumers and Users, Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions, Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, and other applicable Spanish legislation.


1. Scope of These Terms

These Terms and Conditions apply to:

  • Workshops and group activities
  • Wellness services, including massage, phototherapy, chromotherapy, aromatherapy, music therapy, and related therapies
  • Events and special experiences
  • Dinners and experiential activities
  • Glamping stays and accommodation in tents
  • Bookings made through www.casaadelias.com, email, telephone, or direct contact

These Terms form part of the contractual relationship between Casa Adelias and the customer. They apply together with any specific booking conditions, legal notice, privacy policy, cookie policy, and any additional information provided before confirmation of the booking.

These Terms do not apply to physical goods, as Casa Adelias does not sell tangible products requiring return.


2. Consumer Information and Electronic Contracting

For bookings made online, by email, telephone, or other distance communication means, Casa Adelias provides the customer with essential pre-contractual information in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, and Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce.

Before confirming a booking, the customer is responsible for reviewing the service description, price, date, time, cancellation conditions, and any specific restrictions or requirements.

By confirming a booking, the customer accepts these Terms and Conditions.


3. Right of Withdrawal — EU and Spanish Legal Notice

As a general rule, consumers in the European Union may have a 14-day right of withdrawal for certain distance or off-premises contracts.

However, in accordance with Article 16(l) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article 103(l) of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, the right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for accommodation, catering, leisure activities, or services related to specific dates or periods of performance.

Therefore, once a booking is confirmed for a specific date, time, or period, the statutory 14-day withdrawal right does not apply, and the booking is subject to the cancellation and refund conditions set out below.


4. Booking Conditions

All bookings are personal and nominative, made in the name of the customer. A booking may not be transferred to a third party, whether free of charge or for payment, without the prior written agreement of Casa Adelias.

Any person staying at Casa Adelias must present a valid identity document at check-in. If no valid identification is provided, Casa Adelias reserves the right to refuse entry, refuse accommodation, or cancel the booking.

For accommodation services, Casa Adelias may be legally required to collect and communicate guest registration information in accordance with applicable Spanish public security and lodging regulations, including Royal Decree 933/2021, which regulates documentary registration and information obligations for accommodation activities.

Persons without a reservation or without an invitation or authorization from Casa Adelias management are not permitted to enter the property.

Each service, activity, stay, or product must be paid for in full and immediately according to the booking conditions. Casa Adelias does not offer credit.


5. Cancellation by the Customer

a) Services and Individual Sessions

More than 72 hours before the scheduled service
Full refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Between 72 and 24 hours before the scheduled service
50% refund or rescheduling, subject to availability.

Less than 24 hours before the scheduled service or no-show
No refund.

b) Workshops, Events and Group Activities

More than 7 days before the event
Full refund or credit for a future activity.

Between 7 days and 72 hours before the event
50% refund or credit.

Less than 72 hours before the event or no-show
No refund.

Minimum participant requirements may apply. If the minimum number of participants is not reached, Casa Adelias reserves the right to cancel or reschedule the event.

These cancellation conditions apply without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights that cannot legally be excluded under Spanish or EU law.


6. Cancellation by Casa Adelias

Casa Adelias reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a service, stay, event, workshop, or activity due to:

  • Insufficient number of participants
  • Force majeure, including weather conditions, health issues, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances
  • Instructor, therapist, host, or staff unavailability
  • Safety, hygiene, operational, or legal reasons

In such cases, customers will be offered one of the following options:

  • Full refund
  • Rescheduling to a new date
  • Credit for future services

No additional compensation may be claimed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.


7. Check-In, Check-Out and Breakfast

Check-in is available from 15:00.

Check-out must be completed by 11:00.

Breakfast is served from 08:45 to 10:45, unless otherwise agreed or stated in the booking conditions.

Casa Adelias reserves the right to request identity verification and any legally required guest registration information before allowing access to accommodation areas.


8. Late Arrivals

Late arrival may result in a shortened service duration in order to respect other bookings and operational schedules.

No refund will be issued for lost time due to late arrival.

For accommodation or glamping stays, late arrival must be communicated to Casa Adelias in advance.


9. House Rules and Guest Conduct

To guarantee the safety, comfort, and well-being of all guests, every customer agrees to respect these Terms and the internal house rules of Casa Adelias.

Customers must behave respectfully towards Casa Adelias staff, hosts, other guests, neighbours, local residents, animals, nature, facilities, and the surrounding environment.

Casa Adelias reserves the right to refuse entry, cancel a stay, or ask a customer to leave immediately if their behaviour is contrary to public order, morality, safety, hygiene, or the peaceful atmosphere of the establishment.

Customers must refrain from:

  • Verbal or physical violence
  • Sexual, racist, sexist, antisemitic, homophobic, or discriminatory comments or behaviour
  • Harassment, intimidation, humiliation, or denigration of any kind
  • Aggressive, abusive, excessive, noisy, or inappropriate behaviour
  • Behaviour caused by excessive alcohol consumption or intoxication
  • Any conduct that disturbs the peace, safety, dignity, or comfort of others

Any customer causing disorder, scandal, nuisance, or disturbance may be asked to leave Casa Adelias immediately without refund.

Casa Adelias may also refuse any future booking from customers who fail to comply with these rules.

These rules are applied in accordance with Spanish civil law, consumer protection law, public order principles, and the rights of other customers and staff.


10. Quiet Hours and Noise

In the interest of everyone’s peace and comfort, noise must be kept to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Guests must avoid slamming doors, shouting, playing loud music, or creating any form of disturbance, especially during quiet hours.

Any noise or disturbance caused by a customer or by a person under the customer’s responsibility may result in Casa Adelias asking the customer and all persons sharing their stay to leave the property immediately, without refund.

Noise pollution and night-time disturbance may be subject to Spanish, regional, and municipal rules, including Law 37/2003 on Noise and its implementing regulations, where applicable.


11. Use of Tents and Common Areas

Customers agree to use the tents, accommodation areas, sanitary facilities, showers, common areas, outdoor spaces, and all equipment made available to them in a reasonable, respectful, safe, and hygienic manner.

Before leaving the tent or going to sleep, customers must ensure that the tent is properly closed.

Any behaviour contrary to safety rules, hygiene standards, public order, morality, or the peaceful use of the site may result in immediate termination of the stay without refund, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.


12. Alcohol and Drugs

Casa Adelias reserves the right to refuse entry to, or remove from the property, any person who is intoxicated or whose behaviour is abusive, aggressive, excessive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

Alcohol consumption inside the tents is prohibited.

The use, possession, or consumption of illegal drugs or narcotics is strictly prohibited in all areas of Casa Adelias.

Any breach of this rule may result in immediate removal from the property without refund and may be reported to the competent authorities where necessary.


13. Damage, Theft and Responsibility

The customer who made the booking is responsible for the tent, accommodation area, equipment, facilities, and common spaces used by them and by any person sharing their stay.

Any damage, theft, breakage, loss, nuisance, or deterioration caused voluntarily or involuntarily must be paid for by the customer responsible for the booking.

In the event of stolen, broken, damaged, or degraded items, Casa Adelias may request compensation or reimbursement corresponding to the damage caused.

This is without prejudice to Casa Adelias’ rights under Spanish civil liability rules, including contractual and non-contractual liability principles under the Spanish Civil Code. Spanish Civil Code Article 1902 provides the general principle that a person who causes damage to another through fault or negligence is obliged to repair the damage caused.

Customers must immediately report any damage or incident to Casa Adelias management.


14. Safety and Personal Belongings

Casa Adelias is not responsible for valuables, personal belongings, or property left inside the tents, common areas, vehicles, outdoor areas, or elsewhere on the property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

A safe may be made available to customers upon request inside the owner’s house, subject to availability and agreement with Casa Adelias management.

Customers remain responsible for their own belongings at all times.


15. Photography, Videos and Image Rights

Taking photos or videos of other guests, staff, hosts, or any person present at Casa Adelias is prohibited without the express consent of the persons concerned.

Customers must respect the privacy, image rights, personal dignity, and personal data of all persons present on the property.

This section is based on Spanish Organic Law 1/1982 on the Civil Protection of the Right to Honour, Personal and Family Privacy and Personal Image, as well as applicable data protection rules where images or recordings identify a person.


16. Smoking Policy

Casa Adelias provides designated smoking areas and ashtrays.

Smoking is only permitted in designated smoking areas and only where permitted by applicable law.

For safety, hygiene, health, and environmental reasons, cigarette ends must never be thrown on the ground, in nature, inside tents, or in non-designated areas.

This smoking policy is applied in accordance with Spanish tobacco legislation, including Law 28/2005, as amended by Law 42/2010, and any applicable public health rules.


17. Sanitary Facilities and Showers

Customers must not throw anything into the toilets that could block or damage them, including but not limited to nappies, sanitary towels, tampons, panty liners, grease, food, wipes, or any unsuitable items.

There are two solar showers available in the park area.

During busy periods, customers are asked to manage their shower time respectfully so that all guests may use the facilities comfortably.

Any damage or technical issue must be reported to Casa Adelias management as soon as possible.


18. Parking

Vehicles must remain parked outside the property unless Casa Adelias expressly authorizes otherwise.

Casa Adelias is not responsible for vehicles, belongings inside vehicles, or any damage, theft, or loss related to vehicles parked outside or near the property, except where liability cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.


19. Swimming Pool Use

The swimming pool depth ranges from 1.50 metres to 1.85 metres.

Use of the swimming pool is entirely at the customer’s own risk and responsibility. Casa Adelias declines all responsibility for any incident, accident, injury, or loss occurring in or around the swimming pool, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable Spanish or EU law.

The swimming pool is open from 08:30 to 19:30.

It is strictly prohibited to use the swimming pool at night or outside the authorized opening hours.

For safety and hygiene reasons:

  • Eating and drinking around the swimming pool is prohibited.
  • Jumping or diving into the swimming pool is prohibited.
  • Customers must behave responsibly and respectfully at all times when using the swimming pool.
  • Children, vulnerable persons, or persons unable to swim must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times, where applicable.

Failure to comply with the swimming pool rules may result in the customer being asked to leave the pool area or the property without refund, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights.


20. Technical Issues During the Stay

If a technical issue occurs during your stay, please contact Casa Adelias immediately:

Casa Adelias will make reasonable efforts to resolve technical issues as soon as possible.

Technical issues do not automatically entitle the customer to a refund unless the issue substantially prevents Casa Adelias from providing the contracted service and no reasonable solution, replacement, rescheduling, or alternative can be offered.


21. Gift Vouchers and Promotional Offers

Gift vouchers are non-refundable, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Promotional offers or discounted bookings are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Vouchers have an expiration date indicated at the time of purchase.

Expired vouchers cannot be refunded or exchanged unless otherwise agreed by Casa Adelias or required by applicable law.


22. Exceptional Circumstances

Requests related to medical issues or exceptional circumstances may be considered on a case-by-case basis.

Supporting documentation may be requested, but Casa Adelias will only request information that is relevant, necessary, and proportionate to assess the request.

Any personal data provided in this context will be processed in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, and Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights.

Casa Adelias reserves the right to accept or reject such requests at its discretion, while respecting applicable consumer protection laws.


23. Refund Method

Refunds, when applicable, will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider but generally do not exceed 14 calendar days, where required by applicable EU and Spanish consumer protection rules.

Refunds are subject to the specific cancellation rules set out in these Terms and to any mandatory rights that cannot legally be excluded.


24. Personal Data and Privacy

Casa Adelias processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679, the General Data Protection Regulation, Spanish Organic Law 3/2018 on Personal Data Protection and Guarantee of Digital Rights, and any other applicable data protection rules.

Personal data may be processed for purposes including:

  • Managing bookings and customer communications
  • Providing contracted services
  • Handling payments, cancellations, and refunds
  • Complying with legal obligations, including guest registration obligations where applicable
  • Ensuring safety, security, and proper operation of the property

25. Non-Compliance with These Terms

The internal house rules apply to all bookings and all stays at Casa Adelias.

Any booking, stay, service, event, or activity implies acceptance of:

  • These Terms and Conditions
  • The Refund and Cancellation Policy
  • The internal house rules
  • Any specific conditions related to the booking

Failure to comply with these provisions may result in immediate termination of the contract.

In the event of non-compliance, the customer and all persons sharing their stay may be asked to leave Casa Adelias immediately, without being entitled to any refund or compensation, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

Financial penalties or compensation may also be applied in the event of damage, theft, nuisance, breach of rules, or other loss caused to Casa Adelias.

Casa Adelias reserves the right to refuse future bookings from customers who do not comply with these Terms.

These clauses are intended to be interpreted in accordance with Law 7/1998 on General Contracting Conditions and Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, including rules on transparency, good faith, and consumer protection.


26. Modification of These Terms

Casa Adelias may update or modify these Terms and Conditions when necessary for legal, operational, safety, commercial, or service-related reasons.

The version applicable to the customer is the version in force at the time the booking is confirmed, unless a later version is expressly accepted by the customer or required by mandatory law.

Publication on www.casaadelias.com will be considered sufficient notice for general updates to these Terms.


27. Complaints and Consumer Rights

Customers may contact Casa Adelias regarding complaints, cancellations, changes, refund requests, or questions using the contact details below.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes the mandatory rights granted to consumers under Spanish or European Union consumer protection law.

Where applicable, consumers may also have access to consumer authorities, alternative dispute resolution mechanisms, or competent public bodies in Spain or the European Union.

29. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law.

In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Spain, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights.

Where the customer acts as a consumer, this jurisdiction clause shall not deprive the customer of any mandatory rights to bring proceedings before the courts legally competent under applicable Spanish or European Union consumer protection law.
