Mind & Litterature in Harmony
During your stay at Adelias, you will enjoy 25-minute jacuzzi sessions and music from our discotheque of various genres using wireless headphones. Our symbols of love and peace, displayed throughout the park in different colors, serve as a soothing source that fosters feelings of joy, happiness, and serenity.
Chromotherapy: This is expressed through the combination of different colors displayed in various forms throughout our park, with the intention of influencing your mood and enhancing your physical and psychological well-being. Chromotherapy offers benefits such as reducing stress and fatigue. Colors like blue and green are known for their calming properties, helping to reduce stress and anxiety and promoting relaxation. Bright colors such as red and yellow are used to energize, stimulate physical vitality, and combat fatigue. Modern chromotherapy was developed from the work of pioneering researchers in the 19th and 20th centuries.
Music therapy: Guests have free access to personal headphones to listen to their preferred musical selections from our discotheque. You may also use Bluetooth mode to listen to your own music from your phone. From our Rooftop playlist, music creates an atmosphere that is at times dynamic, uplifting, or relaxing. The host is a certified music therapist and offers discussion workshops on music therapy, the history of music, and the influence of music across time and on human beings. These sessions include a brunch and conclude with a short jacuzzi session. Details of this offer can be found in the “Our offers” section.
Aromatherapy: This is first experienced through our cuisine, from breakfast to dinner, where colors and flavors are combined. Our dishes are enriched with aromas inspired by travel, with pleasant scents emanating from select food products. We explore the interplay between taste—which can be sweet or salty, acidic or bitter—and flavor, which refers more to sensory perception. This ancient practice primarily involves the use of aromatic compounds found in plants for therapeutic purposes, helping to alleviate certain issues and promote well-being. You will find essential oils in your tent, and we invite you to notice the natural fragrances of plants and flowers throughout the park, such as rosemary and frangipani.
Literature, “a way of life”: During your stay, we invite you on a literary and philosophical journey centered on an art of living. Discover black-and-white posters displayed throughout our park and in the sanitary facilities, featuring works by the street artist Banksy. Proverbs, reflections, photographs, and expressions from a variety of authors, philosophers, scientists, and artists will lead you into moments of contemplation.
